Here are a few piccies I have been meaning to share for a while...Christmas started back in August for me when I went to do a little work for Homes & Antiques magazine for the December issue. Here are some handmade cards that I designed and made for the '25 Christmas Ideas' feature, which gives you some great ideas of how to add handmade touches this Christmas time. 

I also made these mini button baubles and fanned paper garland, both so simple to make and will add a stylish home-made feel to your home for the festive season! The feature also tells you how to create your own snow globes, make personalised Christmas crackers and gives some great tips on perfect ways to wrap your gifts...

feeling a little festive...

Hello! I seemed to disappear down a rabbit hole for a while...but I am back now and certainly feeling that festive feeling! Since my last post there have been more vintage tea parties and I have been busy making lots of Christmas goodies! I love a bit of sparkle and decided to revamp some sad looking decorations I found with a new lease of life using ribbons, vintage papers and a few bits and bobs! Here they are looking far happier and ready to find a home on the tree!! 

I will be back very soon with some more crafty Christmas projects I have been working on including a magazine feature in Homes & Antiques...

mimi rose

I will be selling some of my illustrated cards and handmade goodies along with some vintage bits and pieces as part of 'mimi rose' at the 'Vintage Tea Party' on Sunday 18th September at 'Somewhere Else' in Cirencester. Here are some pictures of our stall at the first event in July, which was a huge success and so much fun! Hosted by 'Lavinia's Tea Party' there will be plenty of tea and cake served on the prettiest vintage china and you can treat yourself to a little pampering in the vintage pamper parlour!
